We are a full-service agency for medical communication and a publishing house based in Zurich and London, specializing in the healthcare industry. Our clients include companies in the pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostics, medical technology, hospitals, universities, and non-profit organizations sectors. That's why our team consists of approximately 30 experts in pharmaceuticals, communications, medical writing, IT, as well as PR, advertising, and event management. Due to our growth, we are currently looking for an experienced colleague to join our IT department in Zurich/Greencity.


Your core responsibilities:

  • 1st-level support, providing top-notch assistance for technical questions and issues.
  • Collaboration on internal and external projects.
  • Internal training of our staff.
  • Working with internal and external teams to ensure that all technologies meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Assisting in the implementation, maintenance, and management of the website healthbook.org.
  • Coordinating and conducting video productions at various events, including post-production.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network problems.

Your challenges:

Due to your qualifications and experience as an ICT generalist, you will provide top-level support for our technology infrastructure. Successfully fulfilling this demanding role requires a strong passion for technology, communication, and innovation. To provide high-quality technical support, you should enjoy collaborating with internal and external teams.

Job requirements

Your Profile:

  • Strong enthusiasm for web and/or software development.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Fluent language skills in both German and English.
  • Experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with virtual and hybrid events.
