Job description

We are a full-service communications agency for the medical industry. Our clients include well-known, national and international pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical technology companies. Our team of around 30 specialists, consisting of pharmaceutical and communications experts, develops individual, tailor-made and high-quality solutions for our clients.


As part of the growth of our agency in Zurich, we want to expand and professionalize our Human Resources Management. We are therefore looking for an initiative, dedicated, experienced and accomplished


The core tasks

  • Contact person for all internal and external personnel matters
  • Personnel administration from entry to exit, including salary processing
  • Recruitment of new employees
  • Conceptual personnel development tasks and their implementation (e.g. training plans for new employees, qualification and employee interviews)
  • Time and absence management

The challenges

  • Insourcing of salary processing
  • Establishment and implementation of adequate, customer-oriented HR services and processes

Job requirements

Your profile

  • Basic commercial training and completed further training as a human resources specialist or further HR-specific training
  • Professional experience in the same or similar function
  • Solution- and service-oriented as well as very independent way of working
  • Team player
  • Fluent in German and English - Level C1/C2
